Our community-raise for our third cohort of full-year grants

🌟 Together, we did it — and more! 🌟

Our community came together in a big way for Zorya Foundation’s third cohort of full-year childcare grants. With the generous support of Innsena, Castlemark Consulting, Michael Meucci, Lisa Bari, Wuscott, Elizabeth Stone,Atchut Kanthamani, Cory Roberts, V. Paige Hoshall-Hakimian, PhD, PCC, and Vinay Mascarenhas among so many others — plus the incredible contributions from our wider network — we exceeded our fundraising goal by $12,000.

We have enough from this fundraise to start recruiting our third cohort of grantees and provide six full year grants to healthcare workers.

That means six full-year childcare grants for moms working in healthcare — and then some. These grants allow women to remain in the workforce, caring for their families while strengthening the resilience of our healthcare system.
80% of healthcare workers are women, and many struggle to afford childcare. This community has proven that when we invest in moms, we invest in the future of American healthcare.
